Politics : Beyond Vote Bank and Corrupt Politicians

I know that most of you who read the title must've been skeptical about it. 

The title refers to politics. 

Politics, among common people rather, older people, is a burning topic for timepass discussions. We all must have seen 5-6 old grandpas coming together and discussing politics. But it should be considered that politics is not just corruption and vote bank, it is beyond that.

Getting Started

The work and ideas that are connected with governing a country, a town, etc. - is what google says. I think politics is as mentioned earlier, the art of strategy.

We all just hate politics for the sake of hating and some hate it due to the politicians. We all have read many sources where politics was mentioned but most of us didn't pay much attention to that. Like - 

1) Shri Krishna asked for just 5 villages in Mahabharat, but they were surrounding Hastinapur so that it would be easy to keep a watch on Hastinapur.

2) Marich purposely disguised beautiful deer so that Sita will be attracted to it and ask Shri Ram to bring it.

3) Asking Shikhandi to fight against Bheshma.

4) The elephant or human act by Bheema.

All of these and many others are examples of political warfare and strategies which we have read but ignored many times.

A Vote

A vote is the most important right given to a citizen, that can change the whole scenario of a country. We all live in a democracy and we should be aware that whom to vote. Vote should be given on factors like, criminal record of a candidate, the credibility of his assets, work he has done. But trust me no one votes on these factors. Votes are casted on the basis of either the political party or the candidate of PM/CM post. But, if we really want our nation to progress keeping watch on political happenings and casting a vote on that basis is important.

Instead of saying "sarkar kuch nahi karti" we should say to ourselves that "sarkar hamari vajah se satta mein aayi hai" .

Politics is Art

Politics is Freedom

Politics is Rights

Politics is Duties

Politics is Debate

Politics is Responsibility

Politics is the World

Politics is all these

but its not my fault, that due to politicians and corruption 

you don't get pleased.

Why I like politics?

Some of you of you like K-Pop, some like gaming, some like singing, in the same way I like politics. I like it because it is one of the fields which is full of twist and turns and uncertainty about no one knows hence it is fun and worth keeping an eye on. Like you all I also have an hobby which I follow.

In conclusion we all talk about looking on both sides of a coin, but in case of politics its only corruption and dishonest politicians we look at. Politics is way further and beyond that. So try to look further and beyond an issue, and both aspects of the issue.

Hshh, that was it I wanted to tell everyone from a long time as I am teased as an old man just because I like politics, which isn't right, as said earlier we should learn to look on both aspects and respect others opinions and hobbies.
