Me, Pune And PMPML
Pune is a majestic and bustling city in Western Maharashtra. Like any other city, Pune also has a huge population with many people with various jobs. It also an IT city with gigantic IT Parks, which makes Pune, a hub of employment for people working in the IT sector. Pune is also known as 'Oxford Of The East' due to the presence of distinguished educational campuses like IISER, Fergusson College etc. which provides students from all over the country, a chance for better education. Due to these and many other reasons people from other states and cities come to reside and work here. Like any other city, Pune also has local public busses run by PMPML. So,today I will be sharing my experience with PMPML buses.

My grandfather is an ex-railway employee, so he has to go to Pune
Central Railway Hospital once in every month, so he uses the bus to travelHe feels that bus is the cheapest option one can avail to travel in the city, so I have been with him many times so I thought
Ok, now enough of background, let's come to the point.
When I was 8-9 years old I hated buses and always insisted to travel by rickshaw. But one fine day, without any specific reason I started liking buses and used them often to travel that's why I titled this paragraph as a love-hate relationship.
Now it is safe to say that I have seen the real Pune while traveling by bus. You get to see each and every person while traveling by bus, from the one who fights for the seat to the one who gives up the seat for others.
I have seen the heavy traffic of Laxmi Road to the Beautiful roads of Alandi and Dehu while traveling by bus.
I and my grandfather have traveled by bus over 50 times.
We have traveled to various places including Pune railway station, Bhakti Shakti Nigdi, Dehu, Alandi, and many more.......
I have even traveled in the AC airport bus, which was empty since we boarded until we got down at Kothrud.
There is a simple answer that, the experience the real essence of your city you should adapt to travel by local and public transport. Also, those busses definitely lack cleanliness and repairing but come on, we are improving and we will improve, but it will take some time, till then you have to learn to adapt with the existing things. Also, you won't get a cheaper and safer alternative to travel within the city limits.
I have traveled on many routes but I wish to travel on more.
But unless we properly unlock, it is hard to travel. Anyways, let us hope for the best.
This was my experience with PMPML busses. If you have any suggestions or your experiences do let me know in the comments.
This was it for the week, see you next Sunday with a new blog and a new story, till then stay home, stay safe and stay healthy......
Cheers!!!!
